We are proud to have been running two highly popular Mandarin Clubs at the excellent Lochinver House School in Potters Bar since 2023, catering to students from Year 1 to Year 4. Starting in the Autumn Term of 2025, we are excited to expand our offerings by introducing an additional club for Reception students.

The Mandarin Club is designed to be fun, challenging, and rewarding, helping boys develop new language skills while preparing them for future opportunities.

Each term, boys will have the opportunity to:
• Explore the Mandarin language and Chinese culture through engaging activities.
• Work with Mandarin books and complete simple homework tasks to reinforce their learning.
• Celebrate their progress during a special end-of-term Learning Celebration, where parents are invited to join. At this event, each child will receive a certificate and a prize to mark their achievements.

With the support of open-minded parents and dedicated school staff, we are confident in our ability to guide students from beginner levels to GCSE higher-tier proficiency through consistent effort and a well-structured curriculum.
