WhatsApp Communication

Supportive weekly updates, homework, and class communication via WhatsApp.

All parent communication is managed through our official WhatsApp groups. Each Thursday afternoon, we share the lesson content and homework with parents so they can clearly support their child’s learning at home for the coming week.

After each class, we also share selected photos from the lesson in the WhatsApp group so families can see what the children have been learning and enjoying in class. After sharing, teachers will delete the photos from their phones to ensure data protection and privacy.

If parents have any questions after Saturday classes, we kindly ask that non-urgent messages are sent between Monday and Friday. Our teaching team will respond within 24 hours during the working week.

These updates and student photos are for internal family use only. We kindly ask parents to respect everyone’s privacy and not to share any group content outside the Herts Mandarin community.
