A Clear Learning Journey
Students follow a carefully structured pathway, building their Mandarin step by step from strong foundations through to GCSE.
Jinbu 1 → Jinbu 2 → GCSE Chinese
Mandarin Foundation
Build essential vocabulary and core listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Mandarin Development
Strengthen reading and writing, broaden vocabulary and communicate with growing confidence.
GCSE Transition & Preparation-GCSE Goal · Grades 7–9
Develop all four language skills with focused writing practice, past papers and mock examinations.
Autumn Term 2026
16 September – 9 December (11 lessons · £165 per term) No lesson on 7 October or during Half Term.
Teaching & Approach
Lessons combine language, communication and cultural understanding in a small, supportive classroom environment.
Students are encouraged to participate actively and develop the confidence to use Mandarin beyond the textbook.
